North Atlantic Loran map
[edit]Hi, I was looking at the image https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:NGA-Atlantic_Loran.png, and I noticed something odd: Why is Iceland just missing from the map? Is it not important enough to be on the map? They took the time to put in the Azores. Just wondering if you knew anything.

Ushahidi screenshot
[edit]I just noticed that you deleted a screenshot of Ushahidi as "Flickr washing" before that I want undeleted or reuploaded. Please note that the person that originally posted this file on Flickr is or was on the original team of developers behind the system and should be qualified to release that file under the stated license.--Reseletti (talk) 19:31, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- I did not delete your screenshot. I cannot delete any files as I am not an administrator. SV1XV (talk) 02:13, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- Your name appears in the deletion log. Anyways, I've reuploaded and someone else already filed for deletion. I thought you might wanna share why you deleted it back then and whether you were aware of the relationship between the Flickr uploader and the Ushahidi project.--Reseletti (talk) 02:21, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- I could not remember, that file was deleted more than 10 years ago, most likely after a deletion request. Your upload is definitely questionable, and must be deleted again, unless you provide some reasonable justification through the OTRS process. SV1XV (talk) 03:04, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- But why? Do you question whether that Flickr user is indeed an Ushahidi developer?--Reseletti (talk) 11:01, 2 October 2019 (UTC)

I'm pretty certain this is 1939 not 1938. Look closely with a magnifying glass at full resolution and you will see there is no connection on the left side making the numeral 8. The bottom curl of the 9 looks clearly defined and not a poor strike of an 8 just a poor strike of the right side of the 9. Ww2censor (talk) 21:46, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
- I believe you are right, if it is 1939 then the censorship stamp makes more sense. I requested a renaming. SV1XV (talk) 03:47, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks. I've been collecting censored covers and other postal history for around 40 years and have become pretty good at deciphering poorly or badly struck postmarks. Nice clean cover. Ww2censor (talk) 09:53, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
