The Bravery was an American rock band. They were from New York City. The band is best known for their song "An Honest Mistake".

The Village Voice said the Bravery was "New York's Official Next Big Thing".[1] MTV and Rolling Stone praised them as an artist to watch. The band was chosen in the BBC News website's Sound of... poll as 2005's most promising act.[2]
