Royal Air Force AgustaWestland AW139.

The AgustaWestland AW139 is an Italian and British helicopter. It is used both by militaries and civilians. It's a twin turboshaft helicopter. Similars helicopters are Eurocopter EC175[1] and Sikorsky S-70.
