Alexander Metreveli (Georgie: ალექსანდრე მეტრეველი; Roushie: Александр Ираклиевич Метревели – Aleksandr Iraklievich Metreveli) (born 2 November 1944 in Tbilisi, Georgie) is a retired Georgie tennis player who representit the Soviet Union. He lives in Moscow.
Metreveli is probably best kent for makkin the feenal at Wimbledon in 1973, whare he lost tae Jan Kodeš o Czechoslovakie. In 1973 13 o the 16 seeded men athdraw frae Wimbledon in protest o suspension o Nikola Pilić bi the Yugoslav tennis federation.
