We currently aren't willing to deploy this on new wikis. You can participate on the discussion about that on meta. about the future of the Flagged Revisions deployments.

In case if Reviewer position is immediately not possible on Urdu Wikipedia, I request you to please grant 'autopatrolled' usergroup for Urdu Wikipedia.

Following the steps at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Flagged_Revisions#Enabling is needed. The extension is currently less than 30 % translated in ur (https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special%3AMessageGroupStats&x=D&group=ext-flaggedrevs-0-all&suppressempty=1 ) so this request can't be acted upon.
