The OEIS is not generally a repository for this sort of information, but occasionally it is convenient to include a local reference instead of an external resource.
In general, though, other resources are preferred:
- For biographies:
- The MacTutor History of Mathematics archive (MacTutor History of Mathematics archive; for external links, you may use the {{MacTutor}} template),
- Free eBooks by Project Gutenberg, etc.
- For standards:
- IETF | RFCs/RFC Editor,
- IEEE drafts, etc.
- For websites: the website’s own about page.
- For general reference:
