Any ideas about why you folks did not set up a minimal-edit-count for being considered eligible for the grant.Would have cut half of the crappy applications! Winged Blades of Godric (talk) 16:04, 26 February 2018 (UTC)

@Winged Blades of Godric:, since this is a support program for existing active editors, we will consider minimal edit count as one of the criteria while choosing the recipients. However, since this is the first time we are doing a program like this, we left the process open for everyone to apply. This helps us to assess the interest and need for such a program when we may scale it later. --Ravi (talk) 17:03, 26 February 2018 (UTC)

Clarification

@Winged Blades of Godric: Three prizes for each participating community. So, three people from English Wikipedia community will get prize every month during March, April, and May. First prize worth 3,000 INR. Second prize worth 2,000 INR. Third prize worth 1,000 INR. Let me know if I should clarify more. --Ravi (talk) 14:09, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
