The most of editing of this two users meet the deleted standards of meaningless or machine translation. After baning Youkiya for half of the day, Daner0725 began to edite in the same way. So I think they may be one man.乌拉跨氪 08:50, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

Confirmed. Some confirmed socks: Asdf135a, Asdf135ss, Egegsdfe, Zonewfc and there are probably more. A rangeblock is not possible as he's using large ranges (/16), perhaps you could use the abuse filter? I will check this out later today (checking the IPs, accounts, et cetera). Discussion: Abuse filter log

Reason(s): On Incubator, we are recently getting a lot of strange spam in the following way: New users register and create their user page with some advertisement text, including an external link. The services that are advertised are always different. It's probably a spam bot, as we created an Abuse Filter that prevents these edits, but they keep to try it (see the abuse log linked above). Could it please be checked if these users (I linked the 4 accounts that were caught by the filter today) are related, that maybe a rangeblock can be made? The accounts do not have equivalents in other wikis, but maybe this sort of vandalism is performed by some known vandal's IP range? --MF-W 20:36, 10 December 2011 (UTC)

Discussion: A request has been pending on the Wikiquote Administrator's noticeboard for two weeks; local CU's appear to be inactive. If sockpuppetry is confirmed, I would prefer that the offender not be blocked immediately, but rather that the relevant information be provided for the project to proceed with. Please, check the Maddox with Desempates. The first user has blocked by one month in November 26. The second account has created in November 20, but his first commented in a discussion has on the after day of the block of Maddox. In December 8, Desempates marked many articles with ESR-tag, the same way that Maddox did, and that led to its lock on one occasion, some months ago, in July 31. See. See Maddox Talk Block 5: "abuso de WP:ESR mandando mais de 50 artigos para ESR por ser contrariado no abuso de WP:Fusão" (abuse of Pt:WP:ESR sending more than 50 articles to be contradicted by ESR in the abuse of Fusion) Desempates have much knowledge for a user registred only one month, example [1], [2]. The latter diff is a example of knowledge of block requests. Maddox engaged in many request blocks and other request to sysops [3], [4], [5], [6], [7]. There is strong suspicion of blocking contour. Reason(s): Hi. Please check 'Palonvitas', that is being used to evade a block. Quintinense is a known sockpuppeteer, the main account of several others. Despite stale on pt.wiki, it is still active on other projects, specially Commons. Though the main account is stale, you can compare it with 'Marcus Luccas', which is the most recent sock (it was blocked due to technical data with the addition of behavioral info). The reason that I think 'Palonvitas' is the new sock is very simple. As I said, Quintinense is blocked on pt.wiki, but is active on Commons uploading new files. He created this new account on pt.wiki so he can add on Portuguese articles the files that he uploads. For example, he uploaded this file. Only five minutes later, it was added by Palonvitas on a Portuguese article. Its other edits on pt.wiki are also clearly related with files uploaded by Quintinense, as he creates interwiki links on pt.wiki to categories he created on Commons. Please, check also for sleepers as he creates several accounts to have less chance of being caught on his attempt to evade blocks. Might be useful: List of sockpuppets.
