Sound of Hope Radio Network  committed to maintaining accessibility on its Website for all of its customers. Sound of Hope Radio Network strives to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act Title III (“ADA”) and WCAG 2.0 (Levels A and AA) requirements to improve overall customer experience in a sustainable manner.

OVERSIGHT AND GOVERNANCE

Sound of Hope Radio Network's works with third-party accessibility consultants to assist Sound of Hope Radio Network's and its Informational Technology (“IT”) team in remediating and maintaining the accessibility of its Website and Mobile Applications. The following departments are responsible for execution of the ADA policy as related to their particular area of the business.

Sound of Hope Radio Network's  IT team is responsible for procedures and processes designed to assess, monitor, and maintain the functional accessibility of Sound of Hope Radio Network's Website and Mobile Applications.

Sound of Hope Radio Network's  Customer Care team is responsible for maintaining a customer support line that assists Sound of Hope Radio Network's customers with disabilities, as well as both a customer support line and email address where customers with disabilities can report accessibility issues or otherwise provide feedback regarding the accessibility the Sound of Hope Radio Network's Website and Mobile Applications. The Sound of Hope Radio Network's team will assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the program on an ongoing basis. The Sound of Hope Radio Network's team will also ensure a systematic and sustainable approach is taken in any remediation efforts.
