Historia Americae Latinae
Historia Americae Latinae plerumque est historia civitatum Hispanoloquentium et Portugalloloquentium in America. Regio ante Europaeos adventos saeculis quinto decimo exeunte sextoque decimo ineunte, multas gentes indigenarum alebat, quarum nonnullis erant civilizationes provectae, insignissime a septentrione ad meridiem Azteci, Maya, Muiscani, Inca. Regio autem in dicionem Hispaniae et Portugalliae denique redacta est, quae Catholicismum Romanum et earum linguas proprias vi militari imposuerunt. Ambo Hispani et Portugalli servos Africanos ad eorum colonias transportaverunt ut operarios essent, praecipue in regionibus ubi indigenae qui laborare poterant carebant.
Paene omnes regiones America Hispanicae saeculo undevicensimo ineunte bello libertatem capessiverunt, Cuba et Portu Divite exceptis. Brasilia, quae monarchia a Portugallia separata facta erat, res publica saeculo undevicensimo exeunte facta est. Libertas civilis a monarchiis Europaeis in his novis civitatibus sui iuris servitutem Africanorum non abolevit, sed inconstantiam civilem et oeconomicam in America Hispanica sub libertatem captam effecit. Britanniarum Regnum et Civitates Foederatae gratiam magni momenti aetate sub libertatem captam habebant, genus neocolonialismi efficientes, ubi principatus cuiusdam civitatis manebat, sed potestates alienae ampla gratia oeconomica uti solebant.
