You can send the link to someone, as is (youjustgot.com) or by adding a name at the end like youjustgot.com/?from=juxtopposed. This will generate a preview image making it seem like you're sending a gift.

The preview image will either be a default one (no name) or one with a name so it's more impactful, like this:
