This is my first go at using actions to make a release. Looks like it works on my xp machine!

Note that this has no QT elements. This is just the c, d, and s barrier exes. As there is no installer, you'll need the ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll in the directory where you unzip the files.

On my XP machine I'm using a shortcut in startup with a NoShell.vbs script with barrierc to connect to my server.

Even without QT, you still get the little lightning bolt icon.
