Function details: During the deletion discussion for {{incoming links}}, it came up that the template is not getting removed when it should, and it was suggested that a bot should take care of the task similar to dablinks. I've written the bot, using a similar approach as the dablinks task; start with a high threshold (only disambigs with 30+ incoming links would get the template - that's just under 50 disambigs) and gradually lower the limit over time. For removal, it would take down the template for articles with 25 or fewer incoming links. That would de-tag around 600 disambigs.
