Flares on the field during the Croatia vs Serbia CSL match
editI've deleted the broken link that was there and added citation needed tag. I've found bulletin board discussions talking about the flares, but no links to the articles quoted there. 66.234.220.195 (talk) 04:43, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Stadium name?
the article says Ivor Wynne and Nevr Wynne. which is it (caesarscott (talk) 04:31, 27 November 2008 (UTC)).
Hamiltonians often refer to their Stadium as "never win" when the Ticats are performing badly. (Bfuzzy (talk) 00:27, 16 November 2009 (UTC))
Who is/was Ivor Wynne?
editWho is/was Ivor Wynne anyway? The article should say. --174.88.133.48 (talk) 08:59, 28 October 2012 (UTC)
Update tag
editThe article currently says there "were" plans to renovate the stadium starting in 2012, to reopen in 2014 for the Pan Am Games. News reports on 2012-10-27 said the last CFL game at the statdium has been played and it is to be demolished starting on 2012-12-01, to be replaced by a new stadium on the same site in 2014 for the Pan Am Games.
This could mean that there was a plan to renovate the existing stadium and instead it is being demolished and replaced, or it could just be some sort of confusion, such as two ways of describing the same events. Someone who follows this subject should update the article to clarify whether the plans have changed and whether there is any way that the stadium to be opened in 2014 can be viewed as being the same stadium, or if the existing wording is wrong, just fix it, please. (Has it been stated whether it will have the same name?)
The article also needs updating for tense, if the stadium is in fact now permanently closed. --174.88.133.48 (talk) 09:05, 28 October 2012 (UTC)
