editA three-star recruit, Denis committed to play college football at Boston College.[1] He finished his collegiate career playing in over 30 games while recording over 139 tackles, and 9 interceptions.[2]

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
editAfter going undrafted in the 2019 NFL draft, Denis signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on April 28, 2019.[5] He was released on August 30, 2019.[6]
Massachusetts Pirates
editOn March 11, 2022, Denis signed with the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League[7]
St. Louis Battlehawks
editOn November 17, 2022, Denis was drafted by the St. Louis Battlehawks of the XFL.[8] He played in 10 games, Starting in 7 while recording over 37 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 1 sack.[9]
Atlanta Falcons
editOn May 15, 2023, Denis signed with the Atlanta Falcons.[10] He was released on August 29, 2023, but was re-signed to the practice squad on September 5, 2023.[11] Following the end of the 2023 regular season, he signed a reserve/future contract on January 10, 2024.[12]
On August 25, 2024, Denis was waived by the Falcons.[13]
