A barnstar for you!

[edit]
The Original Barnstar
Editor passing by who appreciates the work translating trot musician bios like Hyun Cheol and Kim Yon-ja. Trot music is a scene that doesn't get much attention over on Wikipedia - it's nice to see some more important musicians on the wiki, even if only those two articles. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Meg Emmerich, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page UOL.

Hi! Thanks for creating this article! I wasn't sure how to add a link in after the sameby to point to the Swedish article on it, but if you know, it could be added in. And afaik this sameby doesn't have a name in English, so I left it in Swedish (not sure what the name of it is in Southern Saami). - Yupik (talk) 14:09, 24 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Figured it out, so I linked it to the Swedish article. - Yupik (talk) 14:46, 24 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation to participate in a research

[edit]

Hello,

The Wikimedia Foundation is conducting a survey of Wikipedians to better understand what draws administrators to contribute to Wikipedia, and what affects administrator retention. We will use this research to improve experiences for Wikipedians, and address common problems and needs. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this anonymous survey.

You do not have to be an Administrator to participate.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement .

Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind Regards,

WMF Research Team

Notice

The article Moss Point (Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability not established with substantive sources, only name is given

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
