Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Adiós Amor, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Digital download. Hello,

As Moore was the chief justice of the SC of AL, he receives the title of "The Honorable" (formally). It seems that the titles are given randomly though, as some justice have it (O'Connor), but not others (William Rehnquist, for example.)

Hi Fundude99, please be careful with your reverts at Roy Moore. You've already broken WP:3RR. I've already warned Rik Spoutnik, so hopefully he'll contribute meaningfully to the talk page discussion. Further reverts from anybody will probably result in page protection. clpo13(talk) 18:53, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Clpo13: I didn't realize I violated it by reverting someone who is clearly going against the guidelines. Thanks for the heads up.—Fundude99talk to me 18:59, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Only in certain cases can you revert without worrying about being sanctioned for edit warring (see WP:3RRNO). In most cases, it's best to seek page protection or file a case at WP:AN3 instead. clpo13(talk) 19:03, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Clpo13: Ah I see, well I requested page protection earlier today and got declined, so I have already filed a case.—Fundude99talk to me 19:04, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Well, looks like Rik got blocked for edit warring as a result of your case. Hopefully he'll take the advice about calmly discussing instead of reverting after the block expires. clpo13(talk) 19:09, 22 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Emily Blunt nationality

[edit]

English-American or British-American. What's the difference? The source box said English is not a nationality, British is. I removed this as this is misinformed information, with the overwhelming majority of people with Wiki articles on here listed as English, only for the same sentence to reappear again a few hours later. Surely the user that did this has to get a ticking off, as my minor edit was a response to that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scf1985 (talkcontribs) 11:47, 26 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Scf1985: Well the difference is that "British-American" is what was agreed upon through consensus. You can debate this on her talk page and get a new consensus, but for now the consensus is to label her as British-American, so I'm changing it back. Fundude99talk to me 15:39, 26 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know the reasons for coming to this consensus, if I might ask? And while we’re in the vicinity of pedantry, I must add that she’s ‘a British-American’ not ‘an British-American’ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scf1985 (talkcontribs) 10:14, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Scf1985: You can look over it here. And I’ll put in a request to get that grammar error changed. Fundude99talk to me 02:10, 28 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Could you answer my other question as well, please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scf1985 (talkcontribs) 13:01, 28 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Jenni Rivera Signature.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

RD: José José

[edit]

José José's death has saddened me. Even though I knew for a long time he wasn't going to make it because of his health problems, I didn't want to think his time was coming. I just started the process of working on his article so that it can nominated and show up under recent deaths on the front page. I don't know if you listened to his music personally, but he was very important to Latin music and was wondering if you'd like to help out. Thanks. Erick (talk) 02:27, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
