CHC Picture

I saw that you uploaded this picture to Wikipedia and placed it on the CHC article. You uploaded it on the claim that it was an image created by the federal government and was therefore available for use since it is part of the public domain. File:CHCCirca1984.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:CHCcirca1984.JPG. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore.
