The article states: "During the allied intervention against the Bolsheviks in Northern Russia (1918-19) she was scuttled by the Royal Navy. They raised her for use in the White Sea and later brought her to Scapa Flow for minesweeping."
http://www.krassin.ru/en/history_en/ states: "1918. - Scuttled in the Severnaya Dvina by the Bolsheviks to try to deny access to Arkhangel'sk to the Royal Navy. Refloated by the British and came under British control."
There is an obvious inconsistency here.
