Not at all an expert but this seems very unlikely. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.212.7.186 (talk) 12:15, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
2001: A Space Odyssey
[edit]There's no mention of this being a film location for the film either on IMDB or the Wikipedia article. A citation would be ideal, or deletion of the suggestion. JohnHarris (talk) 19:19, 1 December 2013 (UTC)

Neutered Point of View?
[edit]I went to the EB link [1] and found a far more lively and therefore interesting article than the one here. It reminded me when, as a kid, I read encyclopaedia articles that were engaging rather than merely informative, and given that many visitors are people who are learning (young) this seems to me a good thing.
"NPOV" in my mind shouldn't be interpreted as a "Neutered Point of View". Of course few of the young academics (I'm assuming that older ones have better things to do with their time, like publishing) who have taken over WikiPedia articles necessarily have the writing skills to add the dimension of interest without stumbling too far, into the gushing style employed by modern advertising. But it would be nice to see once in a while that the author of an article could venture beyond "dry as dust". Admit that it wouldn't be me: I can just imagine the Talk page lighting up.--50.68.140.60 (talk) 17:58, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
