 obv criminals wont be able to run away

disads:

 if you wanna run away you cant
 its a privacy issue acording to some
 also it costs money to do anything these days

Electronic fence

By gps trackers (terminals)you can set the present point as the center of the circular fence; with this point as the center of the circle and the distance as the radius, the circle thus formed is a circular fence. With the goal that when the tracker (child, dog, car...) leaves the circle an alarm goes off. Generally, the electronic fence for the terminal is off by default; user can send SMS to the terminal to turn on the electronic fence. An alternative is 'geofence'.
