Description
English: Disused monument and fountain on the grounds of the former headquarters of the Ethiopian Navy, in Guele, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The facilities now serve as the headquarters of the East African Standby Force, the region's contribution to the African Standby Force. The monument now faces the a housing block, used by staff and students attending EASF.
