Government Documents Round Table

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Government Documents Round Table (GODORT) is an American Library Association membership group that provides a forum for discussing issues and sharing ideas around government information.[1] GODORT began as the Task Force of Government Publications of the Social Responsibilities Round Table. It was founded as a separate round table in 1972 with Bernadine Abbott-Hoduski as one its founding members. [2] GODORT oversees the publication of Documents to the People, an open access, peer-reviewed journal focusing on the articles related to government information.
