Rfd-redundant
- (mathematics) Used to denote the third coordinate in three-dimensional Cartesian and cylindrical coordinate systems.
- (analytic geometry, classical mechanics) Quantity along the third axis in a three-dimensional system, vertical when applicable.— This unsigned comment was added by 87.68.161.235 (talk) at 21:21, 24 August 2021 (UTC).
- Delete. I agree that the last one is redundant; moreover, “vertical when applicable” is not universally true; in z-buffering the variable stands for the depth in camera space, which is usually horizontal (from the camera to the object). --Lambiam 11:59, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
