De klareste stjerner der kan ses fra Jorden er listet nedenfor. Tabellen indeholder alle stjerner op til en tilsyneladende størrelsesklasse på +2,50. Dette er bestemt ud fra deres maksimum lysstyrke (variable stjerner) eller kombinerede lysstyrke (dobbeltstjerner). De er dermed alle synlige med det blotte øje, dog afhængigt af ens geografiske position.
