Tourist Guide Books
[edit]Never to be used as a primary information source - but the two mentioned here as useful for a printed off-line compendium of place names and tourist information - useful to check any spurious web-sites or their claims about locations.
- Lonely Planet has the Indonesia guide book is currently up to its 8th edition.
- Indonesia Handbook was the 1980s predecessor to the Lonely Planet guide book. Dated - but good for checking information.
