Task/s: Change stress markings on Norwegian Bokmål lexeme IPA transcription (P898) statements.

Function details: When I have been adding IPA statements for Norwegian Bokmål, I have been using "ˈ" to signify toneme 1 and "²" to signify toneme 2, as is customary in Norwegian dialectology. However, I wish to change this to use proper IPA diacritics for tonemes instead, thus changing these to use diacritics above the first vowel that comes after the stress mark instead. Here are a couple of examples that show what would change:
- L451689-F3 ‹bønder› would change from /ˈbœ.nəɾ/ to /ˈbœ̀.nəɾ/
- L451690-F3 ‹bønner› would change from /²bœ.nəɾ/ to /ˈbœ̂.nəɾ/
This would be a one-time run, and it would touch upon almost all Norwegian Bokmål lexemes – there are 25,378 Norwegian Bokmål lexemes with IPA statements, and the vast majority of these will need to be changed. The bot will only make one edit per lexeme.
