Although there are some outposts that allow it as a whole casters are frowned upon in the orcish territory of night fall as such all visiting casters must have bondage mittens over their hands, be gagged /muzzled, or have their spell books and focuses unequiped while in an outpost. A caster caught using spells with in an outpost will be walked to the nearest post and bound to it for as long as the spell is supposed to last.

Outsider Necromancers caught using spells in night fall on the other hand will have the orcish occult center called on them and be apprehend and taken to Gorick’s outpost for questioning and in some cases containment. As night fall sees necromancy and other magics as a crime against nature and death itself.

Even spells that use nature such as Geomancy and Druid magic is frowned upon as they are seen as bending the elements against their will. As such many such casters practice in private or get themselves stationed in places so remote no one really cares as long as there are boots on the ground.
