Tendence is a Russian hosting provider.[1] The company has been providing services since 2006 and is headquartered in Moscow.[2] The company became the founder of the first Russian-language children's browser in Russia, and the company also distributes SSL-certificates and domain names.[3]

The company was founded in 2006 and is located in Moscow.[4] The organization provides corporate mail service, mail hosting, with spam and virus protection, VPS virtual server hosting, targeted mass emailing services.[5] In 2007, the company began developing the E-NIGMA project[6], which was a system for remotely storing and sharing confidential information[7], the project was named after the German Enigma cipher machine, the system of remote storage and exchange of confidential information is based on asymmetric cryptography based on a system of public and private keys.[8][9]

The company is accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and entered in the register of organizations carrying out activities in the field of information technologies.[10]

For organizations, the company provides corporate email hosting services with protection of email addresses from spam and viruses, implementation of SPF, DKIM, DMARC policies and support of mailing lists.[11] There is an opportunity to test the service free of charge. SMTP server rental for bulk Email distribution is also available. The company offers to rent virtual dedicated servers on its own equipment and on the basis of its own autonomous system. The required number of IPv4 addresses for each VPS is provided.

The company is an official partner of GlobalSign certification center and issues SSL certificates from DV to EV level, including Code Signing certificates.[12] The organization has the status of an official partner of the largest Russian domain registrar and offers its clients registration and renewal of domains in .RU/.RF/.SU and other zones.[13]

Since 2007 he has been developing a system for remote storage of confidential information “E-NIGMA”. In 2008, the company, together with the organization “New Generation”, was engaged in the creation and development of the first Russian-language children's browser “Gogul”, the project was released in 2009 and allowed children to travel to sites pre-approved by parents and educators.[1]

In total, the project database contained over seven thousand Russian-language resources, as well as more than half a million photos and videos. On the website of the hosting provider operates a public Whois service to determine the owner of IP addresses and domains and the password generator.[14]
