History

[edit]

State Representative Jeff Goley has represented New Hampshire since 2004, currently serving the 8th Senate District of Hillsborough. A strong advocate for sportsmen, he joined the New Hampshire Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus in 2006 and now serves as Co-Chair.

Goley has sponsored key bills, including HB 1290 in 2013, allowing nonresident students to purchase hunting and fishing licenses at residential rates, and HB 1379 in 2014, which protects gun owners' privacy. His support for lawful gun ownership has earned him positive ratings from the NRA.

Goley has revitalized the Sportsmen’s Caucus, which has grown significantly under his leadership, highlighting the importance of outdoor recreation in New Hampshire's economy.[3]
