Iuventus et munus

Post scholam finitam Ghiza annis 1843 - 1838 Friburgi in Helvetia et Lutetiae iurisprudentiae et rebus militaribus studebat. Tum brevi tempore in patriam rediit et anno 1849 Genavam iit studiis finiendis causa. A die 30 Septembris 1862 ad usque 17 Augusti 1863 Administer Rerum Exterarum Romaniae fuit. Deinde administeria alia administravit et legatus Romaniae Vindobonae, Romae, Constantinopolis et Petropolis erat, ubi anno 1881 etiam mortuus est.
