Date of first editions (Pleyel and B&H) from Craw's Thematic Catalog.
Second(?) edition of the concerto (ca.1810: London: Gianchetti & Sperati) was published as "Grand Symphony Concertante for two Piano Fortes" (plate no.11), according to Lindeman (Structural Novelty and Tradition..., appendix, p.230.) (According to Worldcat, this edition was "Published after the Parisian edition [the Pleyel] done under the direction of the author, by Cianchettini & Sperati" and if so, the title probably also met with the approval with the composer as a permissible alternate. If anything, "concertos" should be removed from the tags if a use of "concerto" to describe the work with Dussek's approval or even pre-1813 can't be found. Scan of London print (also first piano part only, unfortunately-- however, also piano solo parts of many of Dussek's other piano concertos, which could be used to at least begin workpages for them if not done already...): see Dussek Concertos for the pianoforte, Thematic Index, and Solo Parts - 2 Piano Concerto, Primo Part.

Is there any evidence that the first edition (named "Concerto") did not have Dussek's approval?

Instrumentation of orchestral parts (first edition) at BNF:
"Piano 1°, 2°, violino 1°, 2°, viola, violoncello, controbasso, flauto 1°, 2°, façetto 1°, 2°, corno 1°, 2°, clarinetto 1°, 2°" - 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 2 "façetto" (?), 2 horns, strings. (façetto- fagotto- bassoons? or something else?...) See BNF. (Cotage/plate also 780.)
