Good article overall. It goes into detail about a lot of Mort's life and career, starting with her early works on sitcoms, and goes through at a natural pace to where she is today, career-wise. It also does a good job of speaking about her personal life but not letting it overshadow her work (or vice versa) and also discusses the controversies surrounding to film Nina at an appropriate point in the article. However, some changes I would suggest include putting most of what is in the Biography section under a subheading of Personal Life, mainly the last few sentences about her partners. Also, I would lose the title of the her main show in the heading that starts with Television under the Career section. Furthermore, I would change the sentence structure of the first sentence in the second paragraph about the Nina controversies, from "an entirely separate controversy" to "another controversy", as it is already implied they are separate from being in different paragraphs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Grapple12 (talk • contribs) 17:22, 4 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I enjoyed reading the article and it peaked my interest right away, which is why I chose it for my peer review assignment. The article does a good job of introducing Mort and summarizing her achievements in the first paragraph. The following paragraphs are also well-written and give enough detail about Mort's career to keep the readers interested without boring them. I particularly enjoyed the paragraph that tackled the controversies surrounding the biopic Nina, which I thought gave a little more dimension and depth to the article. However, I have a few suggestions to make based on the things I directly edited while reading your article. My advice for you would be to change the placement of the personal life section and placing it further down after the paragraphs surrounding her career. The reason for that is I think it took away from her work by focusing first on her personal life. I also reworded a few sentences and removed words such as 'eventually' and 'ultimately' to make them more concise and matter-of-fact. This helps change the tone of the text in order to make it more 'neutral'. I also added a template with the director's image to put a face to the name. Those are things to consider but overall, great article! Narcodep999 (talk) 16:59, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
