DescriptionA fruiting karagumoy in a farm patch in Bulusan.jpg
English: The trunk of the karagumoy assumes the character of the pandan plant family. It forms shoots that branch out when cut. The runners can spread all over the parent plant making it easy to propagate. The seeds however from the fruit can yield more baby plantlets. Unfortunately, the appearance of the fruit signifies its death. The karagumoy dies after fruiting. (monitor lizards feast on the fruit that smells like soursop when ripe).
