The name of this kingdom was most likely "Heling", based on the primary sources we have in Chinese. The idea that it was called "Kalingga" after the Indian toponym is an old theory that is no longer supported by expert historians, e.g. Jan Wisseman Christie, Anton Zakharov, Andrea Acri and Nurni Wahyu Wuryandari. Since the vast majority of current historians refer to this as "Heling", the article's title should reflect that consensus. Sastrawan (talk) 07:21, 15 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
