Allow selecting multiple files

Can the upload wizard allow multiple files to be selected at once when selecting the file to upload? (e.g. with Shift+click, Ctrl+click, dragging etc.) Jfd34 (talk) 16:48, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

2 hours and almost nothing !

DerivativeFX

I've tried to upload a new version of File:Reef Heron foot stirring.ogv using webm as media container. I got the message from toolserver: "Keine korrekte Dateiendung gefunden im Dateinamen. (Reef Heron foot stirring.webm)". WebM should be allowed there now... Another issue (not direct related to the upload wizard) is the missing possibility to update existing ogv videos (in higher quality) with vp8 as codec. --Pristurus (talk) 11:51, 4 January 2013 (UTC)

Upload from Wikipedias

There is an upload assistant for images from Flickr. I would like to see a similar automation for images from Wikipedia. There are thousands of freely licensed medias and the Commons:WikiProject transwiki migration is overstrained with doing this manually. No "go" "continue" or "OK" buttons showing after file upload

After I upload a file, there are no "go" "continue" or "OK" buttons showing. My only choice is "Add another file" but I don't have any other files. How do I advance to the next step ("Release rights")? Senator2029 00:17, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

I would to upload some photos of hammer drill for Wikipedia but some files couldn't upload 4 of 6 I had. Can you repair the mechanism or do something with that? Kszapsza (talk) 11:46, 15 January 2013 (UTC)

What am I supposed to do upon receiving this message? Give up on trying to upload pictures to the commons and go back to uploading pictures directly to wikipedia. At least that works. AndrewDressel (talk) 17:25, 17 January 2013 (UTC)

happens after copying data from one image to others, gives exclamation mark for all but one, the last one does not finish.

Nevertheless, all images are uploaded correctly with properties set as expected: false negative warning. Herzi Pinki (talk) 19:51, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

Four of six failed

uploading jpg files

UploadWizard filed bug ignored

I filed a serious bug with UploadWizard last September involving uploading large images and nobody has noticed it or assigned it to anyone. If anyone is maintaining this component, please take a look at [1]. I might have put it in the wrong place. Dcoetzee (talk) 20:08, 18 January 2013 (UTC)

Can't use useful PD templates in the alternative licence

Many of the books in djvu format that I'm uploading are for authors who have died more than 100 years ago and thus PD-100 is the appropriate licence template. However, on using this (or PD-old) I just get the message that there is no recognisable licence text and yet it shows up just fine in the preview. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 10:53, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

Have report of six errors on items I wanted to upload

I am the owner of the estate of artists Jerome Myers and Virginia Myers. In using the Upload Wizard it informed me there were six error thought I could see none and it did not highlight or tell me what those errors were. Manually inserting licensing templates (followup); photograph template

if you could make it easier to select custom licenses, such as PD-bain, PD-highsmith, this would be helpful. also a template photograph option. this would make it easier to upload metadata from archives and Library of Congress. Slowking4⇔ †@1₭ 15:20, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
