Discovery Channel (dikenali sebagai The Discovery Channel dari 1985 hingga 1995, kerap dirujuk sebagai Discovery sahaja) ialah rangkaian TV berbayar Amerika dan saluran perdana dimiliki oleh Warner Bros. Discovery, syarikat yang disenaraikan awam diterajui oleh CEO David Zaslav. Setakat Jun 2012[kemas kini], Discovery Channel ialah saluran langganan ketiga terbesar di Amerika Syarikat, di belakang TBS dan The Weather Channel;[2] ia boleh didapati di 409 juta isi rumah di seluruh dunia, melalui saluran perdana A.S. dan pelbagai saluran televisyen yang dimiliki atau berlesen di peringkat antarabangsa.[3]
Ia pada mulanya menyiarkan rancangan televisyen dokumentari yang berfokuskan terutamanya kepada sains populae, teknologi, dan sejarah, namun menjelang 2010an telah berkembang kepada rancangan televisyen realiti dan hiburan pseudo-sains.[4][5][6]
