Enter Stanley, a city-bred fugitive on the Witness Protection Program. Finding himself the new manager of Town Center, Stan hosts a myriad of events to attract customers and turn Town Centre around. Swinging between misguided enthusiasm and blatant opposition, the unpredictable retailers frustrate his every move.
