Version:

  • listmonk: v3.0.0
  • OS: Ubuntu 20

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick a campaign in "Paused" state.
  2. Resume the campaign from the campaign options.
  3. The campaign starts to send to the same set of users who have already been sent the email in the same campaign.

Expected Results -
Only those users who have not been sent emails should to sent the emails.

Have you tried on listmonk v4.1, or do you plan to? There's a related report for v4.1 #2168.

Looks like my #2313 is an overcomplicated duplicate of this issue. I do find it strange that I didn't have this issue until v4.1 but I can confirm its still an issue.
