Steps to reproduce

  1. EDDI utilizes rollbar error reporting to track errors and crashes.to a remote server. Collecting and sending information without end user consent.

Expected

A program toggle to opt-out of data collection. Similar to the "Help make XXXX better" toggle on most programs.

Observed

Throwing this out there for the privacy conscious and for making EDDI more transparent to the end user.

There actually is already an option to disable telemetry reporting via the config files, specifically via the DisableTelemetry property in the eddi.json config file.

Awesome. Should be easy to expose that via a switch on the UI?

I've got several other branches cooking at the moment but yes that is a possibility.
