Eagleton Faculty, Staff and Visiting Associates
Sarah Kozak is the Education Program Manager and Director of Alumni Relations. She manages the Eagleton Graduate Fellowship and Undergraduate Associate certificate programs. These core education programs are open to all Rutgers students. She supports teaching, course, academic liaison, faculty, and promotion and tenure processes. As Director of Alumni Relations, she collaborates on engagement and development strategies for education program alumni with Institute leadership, Eagleton Alumni Committee, and Rutgers Alumni Association.
Kozak was selected to represent Eagleton in creation of President Holloways’ Rutgers Scarlet Service Internship (RSSI) program. She led the Eagleton team and served as liaison with Career Exploration and Success through the pilot year. She continues to serve on the RSS Steering and RSS-DC Selection committees. Kozak has also served as an instructor for the Political Campaigning course with Michael DuHaime and the Rutgers Scarlet Service Internship course.
Prior to joining Eagleton in 2006, Kozak served as Assistant to the Dean of Outreach for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and Rutgers Cooperative Extension. She also coordinated a National Institutes of Health training grant for the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. She served as a member/coordinator for Rutgers Internship Advisory Board, Rutgers Against Hunger, and Rutgers Strategic Planning Effective and Efficient Infrastructure and Staff Committee.
Kozak received her B.A. in sociology and secondary education from Rowan University, an M.P.A. in public administration from Rutgers, and a graduate certificate in student affairs and higher-education administration from the University of California-Berkeley.
