Admittingly it was a dumb mistake on my part, overlooked a part of the config. Thanks for the help! 

I cannot find a way to make this work, I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong it works with the demo files you provide but when I export my own from the same demo it fails creating blank dch and dtl files. This tool would've been a godsend if I could've made it work ;-;
