Shortcuts: COM:AN/B • COM:AN/P • COM:RFPP

This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

He keeps uploading copyrighted photos of certain person. He had two warnings about his mass copyright violation on his user talk page. But no reaction from him were until this time. WALTER FRING PINKMAN is most likely sockpuppet account of AWAW0262 (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) , as both have a history of uploading non-free images of Moroccan Air Force aircraft (which all were already removed due to F1 violations). I'm telling you again, I DIDN'T BREAK THE RULES, the C!ty cover art was a cover art made by ME, with use of a photo under the Unsplash licence, which let's me use it, as long as I don't sell it how it was, and 1. I don't sell it at all. 2. I modified it and added text.\
