Did you know
- TriviaThe mask used in the film is actually a vintage 1960s Mickey Mouse mask, albeit repainted in black and white.
- GoofsAlex states her surprise birthday party that night is 2 weeks before her actual 21st birthday. 10 minutes later she says "why don't we go to a real bar so I can have my first legal drink?"
- Crazy creditsAfter the end credits, there is an additional scene with Rebecca in the prison cell.
- Alternate versionsIn the Extended Edition (in the USA coming in October 2024 with an updated runtime of 10 minutes to make it 90 minutes), the extended scenes show a swarm of insects (flies, wasps, gnats, hornets, scarab beetles, bees, and mosquitos) and spotted/striped hyenas (escaped from the zoo and summoned by Alex herself) terrorizing the guests in the amusement arcade and followed by lions, tigers, bears, leopards, vultures, peacocks, elephants, cougars, dogs, cats, mice, wolves, rhinos, antelope, cheetahs, giraffes, spiders, buffalo, swans, deer, zebras, wolverines, monkeys, gazelles, ravens, ostriches, owls, scorpions, jackals, crocodiles, hippos, snakes, eagles, gorillas, baboons, rats, foxes, and other animals that are pets, farm animals, and wildlife (also escaped from the zoo and houses like the hyenas to join the other animals). Alex runs away from the amusement arcade (destroyed by the animals) and into the hotel. A vulture and a monkey are trained by Alex to be loyal exotic pets. The animals (led by Alex) stop the game (by Mickey Mouse), destroy the game, and pounce on Mickey. In the after-credits scene to make it extended after the scene (with Rebecca in the prison cell), the animals (led by Alex) are Alex's good exotic pets leading into a sequel. This extended film edition is based on Wild Beasts (1984).

By no means is this a good movie. In fact it's a bad movie. But bad movies can still be fun to watch. This one was just.. meh. It had a little fun, and actually some interesting concepts, but they were heavily underused, and the film never really had a full on ending. The ending was kinda funny, but I wanted to know what happened. The police station scenes felt added in for the sole purpose of runtime. They were okay, just way too many of them. The post credit scene was interesting. Not very "pumped" for a sequel though. Overall, watchable, but wait till this is free or streaming somewhere. I don't recommend paying for this. It's like a movie you watch if you're bored and curious. The kills were generic, except for the last unexpected one. However, if you just wanted to watch for a goofy Mickey Mouse killing bland characters, you'll love this. The film only had like 2 or 3 characters that I even started to care about. But, again. It's a Mickey Mouse slasher that took advantage of public domain. And who knows, maybe they'll step it up for the sequel. That Winnie the Pooh one at least made the sequel more entertaining. We'll see. If you're looking for a GOOD horror movie, though. Stay as far away from this as possible.
