Armida Miserere met actress Valeria Golino in November 2002, few months before her death. Valeria Golino was presenting the film Respiro by Emanuele Crialese at the Sulmona prison, as a sidebar of the Sulmona Film Festival. Valeria Golino would have never imagined that, few years later, she would have played the role of the woman that welcomed her in her visit.
