We have an official statement from Mr Vikram Bhatt about his “imminent mud wrestle” and defamation suit he filed against Kamaal R Khan.
“It all started with a Twitter duel between Mr Kamaal R. Khan and me after the release of my film ‘Love Games’. Then, came his review of the film ‘1920 London’. Though I did not produce the film, direct it, write the dialogue or the screenplay, he decided to do a review of me instead of the film. He made absurd insinuations– called me a fraud, a pimp and other unsavory names. I couldn’t care less; When you have made a business of ranting, then ranting is what you got to do!
Two hours later, I found my daughter crying in the corner. She was hurt. As I took her little body wracked with sobs in my arms, I saw things more clearly…

Khan on twitter comprising of rather serious allegations directed at Vikram Bhatt. However, despite being silent for a while, Bhatt finally decided to speak out about his reason for sending Khan a legal notice. Posting about the same on his FaceBook page Bhatt wrote:

Tia Bajpai is a happy young woman. Two of her three releases (1920 Evil Returns, Haunted) have been successes and now she is busy with a film called Identity Card which is a dark comedy. This also means that it would be for the first time in her short, yet eventful career that she would be seen in a light hearted role instead of playing someone tormented, as has been the case in each of her films so far, including Lanka."Identity Card is based on an issue in Kashmir...

Oscar-winning actor has signed on as co-producer for biopic of late Sunday Times war correspondent
Charlize Theron could play the late Sunday Times war correspondent Marie Colvin in a new film about her life, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Colvin, who reported from many of the world's most dangerous conflict zones, was killed in the Baba Amr district of Homs in February after Syrian artillery fire struck the hall of the house where she was staying. Friends said the journalist, who was 56 when she died, entered the hall to collect the shoes she had taken off as a sign of respect for her hosts.
Theron has signed on as a producer for the biopic and is said to be considering taking the lead role. The film would be titled Marie Colvin's Private War after a Vanity Fair article of the same name by Marie Brenner that has been optioned by producers.

Gangs Of Wasseypur has done reasonably well with collections to the tune of 25 crores already in its kitty. While this is for the first that a film with Manoj Bajpai in the lead has boasted of such good numbers, it is also after ages that he has been seen as a central protagonist. Otherwise in his last major film Lanka he was an antagonist whereas in Aarakshan, Raajneeti, Jail and Acid Factory, he was one of the many principal characters. Did the fact that the story was told with...

While I sit down and try to get into the mold of the character Aftab keeps on talking and in...

Vikram Bhatt had given her a break (and a hit film) in the form of Haunted. Still there was no favouritism at play when Tia Bajpai's Lanka released last year. Vikram decided to stay away from it despite it being his own production since it didn't meet his expectations. However, now that his next film Hate Story is igniting some good heat, Vikram is backing the film to the hilt. "It is clearly that Vikram is letting his head do all the talking instead of heart. Tia is his find and he is obviously protective about her. However, he doesn't intend to support a film just for that reason. When Lanka was being promoted, he stayed away from it and didn't make two bones about it even though Manoj Bajpayee and Arjan Bajwa made their displeasure about it. Even Tia was disheartened with the way Lanka released and disappeared without making any impact whatsoever.

In early years of her career, she may have gone 'Sexy Sexy Sexy Mujhe Log Bole' or 'Sarkaile Lo Khatiya' with aplomb. However, Karisma Kapoor is sure that her comeback vehicle would be as clean as possible even though the director at the helm of affairs, Vikram Bhatt, has announced loud and clear that 'creating sensation' is the name of the game today in Bollywood. Dangerous Ishq promises to 'sensationalize' affairs as well though, the director as well as the leading lady is on the same page that 'erotica' won't have any place for that here. "In the film, there may be multiple men (Rajneesh Duggall, Jimmy Sheirgill, Ruslaan Mumtaz) in Karisma's life but none of the episodes would feature anything that would be dare-bare. Karisma would never do anything at this age which would embarrass her or her family", says a common friend, "She holds her dignity quite high...
