Watch this if you liked Twin Town
I thought this film was brilliant. I checked it out as I'm a big fan of Irvine Welsh as an author.
The film wasn't as gritty as many of his novels, but still quite dark, without being at all depressing.
I thought the concept was great. Although the film made fun of Welshness, I found it was done in a very affectionate way. Very similar to Twin Town in its tone and humour.
This film had me shrieking with laughter, and choking with horror.
I haven't seen such a good film in a long time.
Also, be sure to check out the extras as they are very funny.
