Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece is one of the most popular anime ever. Currently, the anime is in its final saga after running for over 25 years. One Piece began in 1999, and numerous things have changed since then, including the story’s pacing, animation, chemistry, etc. During this time, the manga and anime industry also became mainstream.
The different arcs in One Piece portray several types of emotions. One of the best arcs in Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus is the Marineford Arc. The Paramount War was a rollercoaster ride of emotions with Monkey D. Luffy and Whitebeard Pirates trying to save Portgas D. Ace from getting executed by the Marines. Even though it was such a fan-favorite arc, it was nothing compared to what Oda sensei has in store for us.

The cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, and one of the strongest members of the crew, Vinsmoke Sanji, or as the One Piece world knows him, Black Leg Sanji, has been proving his strength as one of the wings of the Future Pirate King for quite some time now. He has made quite a name for himself since the beginning of the series.
Sanji – One Piece
The only problem with the character however is, that whenever the crew gets a power-up, he is placed third on the list. This means that as compared to Luffy and Zoro, he will always be a step behind in terms of strength no matter what. The perfect example of this is the growth in the Haki abilities of the crew.
Eiichiro Oda has already disclosed that both Luffy and Zoro have the Conqueror’s Haki, which is considered to be the strongest Haki ability in One Piece.

The first arc of the finale saga, Egghead Island has changed the entire viewpoint of One Piece. The arc has not only made some major revelations, but it also has introduced some major mysteries that have baffled the fans. Among those mysteries, the biggest one was probably the unveiling of the Great Kingdom.
One Piece – Egghead Arc
Although the Great Kingdom was introduced very early in the story, the series has just brought it back and it is discussed by Dr. Vegapunk. He explained that the Iron Giant which the fans saw during the beginning of the Egghead arc, was a part of the Great Kingdom. He also explained how the Great Kingdom was much more technologically advanced than the present.

One of the biggest adversaries from the pre-time skip era of One Piece, Rob Lucci recently made a comeback to the series in the Egghead Island arc. Although he had grown tremendously strong and was eagerly waiting for his chance to finally beat Luffy, the Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates emerged to be much stronger than him and defeated him much more easily than before.

But Eiichiro Oda did not want to waste the potential of such a great character so early in the story, which is why he pitted him against the second-strongest member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Roronoa Zoro. While Zoro initially had a little bit of difficulty in dealing with Lucci, the recent chapter revealed that Zoro used a new attack and ultimately defeated the antagonist.

There has been an ongoing debate in the entertainment world between the Superheroes of the West and Japanese manga and anime characters who have been given unlimited powers and abilities like One Piece’s Luffy and Dragon Ball’s Goku. The debate is usually strength-based to find out who would win in a battle against each other.

Theories and speculations are some of the huge parts of what comprises an anime fandom. Franchises like Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto and One Piece by Eiichiro Oda are able to leave behind a legacy because of the community they build while the series is active.
The complexity of theories also depends on how great the storytelling skills of the one who is writing it, and a theory commented on YouTube by a user called Halcyon2190 has us questioning if Kishimoto just might be a better writer than other mangakas.

When the Iron Giant said, “I’m Sorry, Joyboy,” in front of Luffy, it left many fans puzzled and buzzing with theories. What’s exciting about it is that it openly connects Luffy—one of its main characters—to Joyboy, who’s always been one of the so-called chosen ones from centuries gone by in the world of One Piece.
The scene gets even more exciting; when the Egghead Arc, new tech meets old secrets, runs the apology from the Iron Giant, sounding somewhat of a hint toward some deep relation between that Giant of the past and Joyboy. There are legendary ongoing shows, an original sci-fi story that is also the gayest anime in years, a "John Wick"-esque action anime about ninjas, and more. If anyone ever tells you all anime is the same,...

The One Piece world has a lot of characters that despite not being the main character, have developed a sizable fanbase. Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece has shown his exceptional skills in developing a vast world and also the characters that not only fit perfectly in the One Piece world but also leave an impression on the fans.
Strawhat Pirates in One Piece
One such character that has been a fan-favorite for the longest time is Boa Hancock. She was the sole female Warlord of the Sea until the organization was disbanded. Together with her two younger sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold, she is the current empress of Amazon Lily and is referred to as the “Snake Princess.” She governs the Kuja tribe.
However, many fans believe that Boa Hancock might be one of the worst-written characters in the entire series which raises suspicion on Oda’s casual sexism.

One Piece has been going strong for more than 25 years. Monkey D. Luffy’s journey is slowly reaching its end, with the manga already into its final saga. One of the best things about the manga is Eiichiro Oda’s creative skills and his knowledge of how to gather the audience’s attention. Since he is so fond of keeping secrets, the fans often create their own theories and go forth with them.
One of the theories that has fans excited surrounds the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates, Edward Newgate. There are several powerful beings in the One Piece universe, but people often seem to forget the strongest of them all. The fan theory explores the true extent of Whitebeard and how he could have easily annihilated Gol D. Roger if he wanted to.

Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece has had many opening theme songs that have helped the series grow hugely. But none of the theme songs compare to the first one that introduced the One Piece story to the world. Hiroshi Kitadani, the iconic Japanese singer who earned fame from performing the first opening theme song of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece has returned to the One Piece world with a theme song for the ongoing Egghead Island arc. The last song he sang for the series was “Over The Top” which was featured in the Wano arc in 2019.

However, after singing the first One Piece opening theme song in 1999, Kitadani took a break from the series for some years. Upon his debut as the face of Netflix’s live-action One Piece series, Iñaki Godoy impressed everyone with his portrayal of Monkey D. Luffy, the amiable and upbeat leader of the Straw Hat Pirates and a highly recognizable manga and anime character. Despite his extensive experience as a star in Telemundo’s series La querida del Centauro and Netflix’s The Imperfects, the young actor was still relatively unknown.
Nevertheless, it is inspiring to see a 20-year-old succeed to this extent (he presently has over 2.5 million Instagram followers). The fantasy adventure series, which was based on the well-known Japanese manga series, made the Mexican actor extremely popular among youths.
Iñaki Godoy in One Piece
Any actor, though, is aware that a single role does not define a career. Though Godoy is appreciative of the chance to bring Luffy to life, he is aware that he is capable of so much more.

We live in an era where we all know exactly what “content” means – or, rather, what it has transformed into. But is it something that is harmful to the industry as a whole or do the benefits outweigh that? Well, Judd Apatow has a few things to share…
Apatow gave his thoughts on the relation between the penny-pinching ways of studios and the seemingly constant passing back and forth of programs due to contracts that limit when a movie/TV show is available to stream on any given platform. “It’s a scary thing as a creator of television, because of all the streamers going, ‘Wait a second. We don’t need to spend $200 million on a new show. We can just bring back Barnaby Jones.’ They’re going to do it, then you’ll get fewer new shows. Blackbeard has been one of the most mysterious characters in One Piece. He was introduced as a member of the Whitebeard Pirates who went rogue after killing his commander. Portgas D. Ace was hunting him. Initially, fans thought it to be an open-and-shut case. But as the story progressed, Eiichiro Oda started to open the knots, and the fans were left baffled.
There are several fan theories surrounding the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. Marshall D. Teach is the only character in One Piece to possess two Devil Fruit abilities. The Five Elders have entered the main battle currently ongoing on the Egghead Island in One Piece. As they entered the fight, all of them started showing a glimpse of their powers and it was truly terrifying. Their tremendous powers have not only shocked the Straw Hat Pirates and their allies but also the Navy.
The Five Elders
The main twist in the story is that they not only possess rare and powerful Devil Fruit abilities but also have a bunch of other strengths that have never been seen before in the world of One Piece. And now it has become Luffy’s responsibility to not only defeat the Five Elders, but also make an escape from Egghead Island.
However, it will surely not be easy. In addition to all this, the spoilers for the upcoming chapter 1111 have indicated that Luffy might not be enough to fight all the Five Elders by himself.

Fans of One Piece are on the edges of their seats with the fully realized, exciting, and complex plot that the Egghead Island arc has developed into. Surprisingly, the excitement is now fragmented, since manga creator and artist Eiichiro Oda announced a three-week sabbatical from both writing and drawing the work.

Update : Added the official English translation of Oda's note to the article. The article previously only highlighted the Japanese release. Eiichiro Oda will take a short break from releasing One Piece manga chapters for three weeks in April to undergo “maintenance” and "think about what One Piece actually is.” To ease worries, the manga creator noted that he’s not sick, and it is not directly in relation to the passing of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. Oda announced the break, which starts with issue 18 of Weekly Shonen Jump that releases on April 1 in Japan, through a handwritten letter on his staff Twitter account . One Piece is still scheduled to release in the upcoming Shonen Jump issue 17 on March 25 in Japan. Oda’s opening comments on the break: “Break Tiiime! Okay, so, I'm taking three weeks for myself. Yes, this is coming on the heels of the news about Toriyama-sensei.

The most latest movie in the collection was Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time and it was a sure hit. It is the fourth and last movie in the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise’s Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which is produced by Studio Khara.
Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time
The film’s plot centers on Shinji Ikari, who is still lost and without hope after losing his will to life, but discovers what it means to have hope in a new location. In the end, Wille takes one more, difficult stance to stop the Final Impact, and the Instrumentality Project is launched. It was launched on March 8, 2021, and garnered positive feedback from both fans and critics.
Hideaki Anno co-directed, wrote, and produced the movie and it was probably the biggest film in the franchise.

We have already reported that the sad news of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama passing away hit the anime and manga industry hard. But not just them, Toriyama-sensei passing away has been a blow for the whole world, as fans around the world mourned and paid their respects to the legendary mangaka. Eiichiro Oda, the author of One Piece, was quick to express his sadness over Toriyama’s passing and once the information became public, he composed this heartfelt message:
“It is too early. The hole is too big. Sadness washes over me when I think that I will never see him again. I have admired him so much since I was a child, so I remember the day he called me by name for the first time. On the way home from the day you used the word “friend” for me and Kishimoto, I remember being overjoyed with Kishimoto.
