At the suggestion of Lana, Kate invites her friends over and is worried that she won't make a good impression on them as her mother previously worked in the circus. Meanwhile, Spencer and Leo struggle with spending father-son time together.
Lana's former circus co-workers, a family clowns, moves in with The Lionhearts as both of their sons find themselves falling victim to bullying at school.
