In between writing up prescriptions and that of facing the imminent danger of crime fighting - You can be certain that Dr. Bill Baxter was a mighty busy fellow.
And regardless of what side of the law the honest and just doctor would sometimes find himself on - He could always be depended upon to get the job done, fair & square.
Starring singing cowboy, Rex Allen (as the title character) - "Frontier Doctor's" activities were always set in and around the Old West town of Rising Springs, Arizona, USA.
For the most part - I found this vintage TV Western (1958-1959) to be a satisfactory enough bit of entertainment in its own right.
